Study On Rural Environmental Goverance In Cuijiazhuang Township Tangshan City

Since the 19 th National Congress,the work of rural environmental protection has received unprecedented attention and reinforcement.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy,strengthen the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution,and carry out rural human settlements environmental remediation actions.To strengthen the rural environmental governance is not only the general trend but also express the people's will.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the work of Cuijiazhuang township rural environmental governance.Through exploring the causes of the problems in Cuijiazhuang township's rural environmental governance and learn from the successful experiences of different cities in China,to proposes targeted solutions to improve the rural living environment in Cuijiazhuang township,to improve people's quality of life,to meet people's longing for a better life.This paper is based on the basic concepts of rural environmental and governance,use the literature research method to summarize the rural environmental governance both at home and abroad,use the comparative research method to summarize the rural environmental management experience in different cities in China,use the quantitative analysis method and investigation method to summarize the current situation of rural environmental sanitation management in Cuijiazhuang township,this article focuses on the following aspects: first,this paper combing the problems encountered in the work of Cuijiazhuang township's rural environmental governance: including waste water and waste gas are badly disordered;the garbage disposal method is simple and extensive;Sanitation infrastructure is weak;the outfit of environmental sanitation staff is unreasonable;falling into a difficult situation of easier to clean up than to keep tidy.Secondly,this paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems in the rural environmental governance of Cuijiazhuang township:organization is not sound;the subject of governance's thought and understanding is inadequate;lack of capital investment;long-term mechanism is not perfect.At last,thearticle puts forward feasible countermeasures from following aspects: to improve the organization;to raise the environmental awareness of governance subjects;to ensure the capital investment;to supplement the short board of soft and hard facilities;to establish a long-term mechanism.
