The Research On The Rural Environmental Governance From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the continuous improvement of rural economic level,rural residents have more and more urgent needs for a better living environment.Yichun City proposes to implement the work policy of “Green Rise” in depth,accelerate the establishment of rural governance system,realize the modernization of rural governance capacity,and find a road of rural revitalization with Yichun characteristics.Yuanzhou District is not only the central area of Yichun City,but also the traditional agricultural area and strong agricultural area.The rural environmental problems are relatively prominent,so it is of great significance to fight a tough battle against pollution.This paper takes the rural environmental management problems in Yuanzhou District as a sample,and expounds the current situation and main practices of rural environmental management in this area.Adhering to the principle of sustainable development,the area has carried out three projects,namely,beautiful rural construction,rural clean project and comprehensive improvement of rural environment,in an effort to develop a new economic model of “green,low-carbon,recycling and sharing”.However,in the process of concrete implementation,the area is faced with a series of problems and challenges,There is a lack of planning and poor results in the construction and implementation,lack of participation of the masses,the difficulty of multi-party cooperation management,the lack of input subjects,the uneven effect of regional governance,the lack of understanding of ideas,the slow cultivation of clean industries and the poor hygiene habits,slow change of living style and other issues.This paper aims at the above problems,on the basis of field investigation and research,combined with the actual future development of Yuanzhou District,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the background and significance of rural environmental governance from the perspective of Rural Revitalization,summarizes the research results at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas and methods,and puts forward the possible innovation points and deficiencies of this paper.The second part is the core concept and theoretical basis,mainly including the Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural environmental governance and other core concepts and dual social structure,welfare economics and other theories.The third part expounds the status quo and main methods of rural environmental management in Yuanzhou District,Yichun City.The fourth part analyzesthe main problems and causes of rural environmental governance in Yuanzhou District of Yichun City.The fifth part separately in Zhejiang Province,Feidong County in Anhui Province and Li County in Hunan Province as the example,analyzes the environment in the countryside governance main practice and enlightenment.The sixth part is divided into countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of rural environmental governance from the perspective of Rural Revitalization.The seventh part is the research conclusion and prospect.
