Research On The Treatment Of Rural Garbage In Ma Yang Township

Promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply side,rural greening and a beautiful livable industry is a new rural construction of the new requirements,do a good job in rural waste management,improving the village capacity is the primary link.Belonging to the town of Tian men,Owned by the management of the main body and the governance of the main body of the lack of rural garbage pollution control system presents many drawbacks,farmers production and life affected,So how to build an effective waste management system,the formation of long-term garbage control mechanism is Ma Yang's urgent need to explore things.In this paper,the status of garbage disposal in 12 villages in Ma yang town is taken as the research object.The literature research method,field investigation method are used to systematically study the various aspects of garbage control and various subjects.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of rural garbage in Ma yang Town,and analyzes the reasons,such as the supply of public goods,the mode of garbage disposal,the mode of operation of the system,the function of the village committee and the villagers.Putting forward to improve the financing system to provide adequate public goods,to explore the main co-governance,the implementation of garbage charging system to improve the awareness of environmental protection villagers,village environmental remediation and ecological agriculture unified planning,And so on,in order to provide reference for the problem of rural garbage disposal in the process of new rural construction in Ma yang Town,and form the effective treatment mode of rural garbage control in Ma yang Town,to build beautiful village.
