as its subject of investigation,conducts indepth field investigations in the area,and directly interviews nearly 40 cadres and residents of towns and cities.In recent years,Honglan Town,Lishui District,considers improving the environmental quality of life of rural people as an important part of building a new era of rural civilization,and vigorously promotes rural garbage disposal,the " "rural bathroom revolution",popularizing basic facilities and improving the appearance of the village.As a result,the overall environment of the village has undergone momentous changes,and the in this area.the unsustainability in the governance process,the inconsistency of supply and demand of the infrastructure of the human settlements environment and the lack of stimulation of the
