| With the progress and development of the times,trade is becoming more and more complex between countries.As a rising trading power,China is facing more and more trade frictions.Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States,the United States has become China’s largest trading partner.In the process of development,cooperation between the two countries has been deepening.Normal trade exchanges have brought many benefits to the political and economic development of China and the United States.But there is competition in cooperation.With the continuous development of economic globalization,the competition has become increasingly fierce between the two countries,and the number of trade frictions has increased.Iron and steel is a pillar industry in China.In recent years,excess capacity has been serious,and exports to the United States have increased year by year.The United States frequently initiates trade frictions against Chinese steel enterprises,especially since the outbreak of the financial crisis,which has become more and more serious,seriously affecting the development of China’s steel products.This research is aimed at the above problems.First of all,before writing the article,I consulted a large number of documents,which laid a theoretical foundation for my writing of this paper.Secondly,it analyses the current situation and characteristics of Sino-US trade frictions.It can be seen that Sino-US trade frictions are becoming more and more frequent.The United States initiates trade remedies to China through antidumping,countervailing and other means.Thirdly,the reasons of Sino-US trade frictions are analyzed in detail,and the reasons are analyzed from three main bodies: international,American and Chinese.Then,the impact of Sino-US trade frictions on China’s exports and competitiveness is discussed in detail.Data and models are used to verify that Sino-US trade frictions have a significant impact on China’s exports and competitiveness.Then,combined with case analysis,through the "337" investigation of steel products initiated by the United States to China,the paper summarizes the solutions to similar problems in China in the future.Finally,through this study,policy recommendations are put forward from three aspects of the country,industry and enterprise,hoping to be helpful to the development of China’s iron and steel industry in the future. |
