The Impact Of Trade Facilitation On China’s Steel Products Export Trade

In 2015,the "Vision and Action for Promoting the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road" marked the comprehensive promotion of the "One Belt,One Road" initiative,and the "Belt and Road Initiative" brought new ideas to international cooperation in the 21 st century.It is China’s international market and regional cooperation to maximize the use and sharing of China’s technology,capital,capacity,experience and other advantages,in order to drive the common development of the countries along the line,showing China’s determination to open all-round,one of the core of the strategy It is an international capacity cooperation and promotes the infrastructure construction of countries along the route,which also brings new opportunities for the export of products and technologies of Chinese steel enterprises.Due to the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization,reducing trade costs has gradually become a key issue for governments and scholars,and the core of trade facilitation is to promote the reduction of trade costs.Increasing the level of trade facilitation is inseparable from the construction of infrastructure.While increasing the level of trade facilitation,it also promotes the export of steel products.By measuring the level of trade facilitation along the "Belt and Road" countries,empirical analysis of how the level of trade facilitation affects the export of China’s steel products can improve the overcapacity of China’s steel industry,and promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s steel industry and the demand for high-quality development.The new path.First of all,based on the characteristics of the countries along the "Belt and Road" and the characteristics of the steel industry,this paper constructs a trade that includes four first-level sub-indicators and a total of 17 second-level specific indicators in line with the characteristics of the national steel industry along the "Belt and Road" .Evaluation index system for facilitation level.Based on their relationship to the export impact of China’s steel industry,the level of trade facilitation in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative is measured.It is estimated that the overall level of trade facilitation in countries along the "Belt and Road" is relatively low,and trade facilitation is positively related to the level of economic development of a country.Geographical location also affects the level of trade facilitation to a certain extent.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development history of China’s steel industry and the status quo and characteristics ofexport trade,as well as the status quo and characteristics of the export of the "Belt and Road" national steel industry,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of China’s steel industry exports.Then,using the extended gravity model,this paper empirically analyzes the level of trade facilitation and the impact of each level of indicators on China’s exports of steel products along the "Belt and Road" countries,and then carries out relevant evidence for countries in different regions of Asia and Europe.regression analysis.The empirical results show that the higher the level of trade facilitation,the more able to promote the export of China’s steel industry to the "Belt and Road" countries,and the greater role for European countries;in the four first-level indicators,the improvement of government regulation for China’s steel industry The export impact is most significant.Finally,based on the actual situation of China’s steel industry export,it puts forward policy recommendations to promote China’s steel industry’s trade exports to the "Belt and Road" countries.
