The study of "eating" runs through the civilization history of mankind for thousands of years.With the advancement of human society,people from the hunter-gathering of ancient times to the living,to the emergence of the diversity of Chinese and Western diets in modern times,and then to the modern focus on the scientific and nutritious diet,it is obvious that people pay more attention to the spirit of today's demand for material.Level of satisfaction.For the current diet,people are not only satisfied with the "color,fragrance,taste" needs,but better pay attention to the spiritual needs of food culture and creativity.In recent years,the new art field of “food design” has gradually appeared in the public's vision and has become an important bridge linking human civilization and design.This article focuses on the design thinking,the designer uses the design method to link the food and culture,gives the food shape and connotation through diversified presentation,expresses the designer's concern for the society,and makes the food no longer for the purpose of fullness.Material,but art media.Firstly,the article begins with the human sensory experience of the main body of food design,which triggers diversified presentation through different sensory experiences,and then changes the human diet behavior,and illustrates the case with relevant cases.Finally,we will make predictions about future food development and consider the extension of China's food design under the current trend,explore Chinese local elements,and explore new directions in food design.
