In recent years,many families pay more and more attention to children's healthy diet and balanced nutrition.Eating behavior has a vital impact on children's growing development and physical and mental health.The purpose of this paper is to design a 3D food printer which can meet children's psychological characteristics,features of children's behavior habit formation and let children participate in it.During this paper' writing and study,the methods of literature review,investigation,subjective evaluation and case study are used.Based on the theory of persuasion technology,this paper makes literature research on children's psychology and behavior habits,investigates and integrates many excellent food 3D printing technology schemes in the market,and then summarizes the design strategy of 3D food printing products for children's eating habits.Through reading a large number of academic literature on food 3D printing,case studies of products with persuasive design features,combined with user interviews of some market products,moreover the investigation and analysis of the needs of target families,this study finally selected XYZ axis mechanical motion structure as the main functional layout form of 3D food printer,optimized the material box structure,and made corresponding system structure adjustment aiming at children's complementary food materials.At the same time,the product modeling and process documentation of children's 3D food printer are completed,and the interface design of 3D food printer APP,which accords with the principle of easy-to-use of children's behavior and strengthens children's sense of participation.Through the research on children's eating behavior and the design of 3D food printer,the author uses interdisciplinary integrated innovative ideas to incorporate the interest of life and care for children into the design of 3D food printer,so that children can participate in the process of complementary food design,material production and printing,and make nutritious complementary food by themselves,thus effectively improving children's unhealthy eating habits in life and promoting children's balanced diet and nutrition.
