With the advent of the era of experience economy and the improvement of people's life quality,people's demands for food has risen from full abdomen,taste,appearance to pay attention to emotional,interactive experience of eating,more and more designers through the food for the design of the medium,the content of the break to food known,from the perspective of "design",the excavation of the food world,explore food and food,food,food with humans and society,etc.The possibility of more.Food design is a new subject of design.Food design is in the ascendant in China and has great potential for development.This paper mainly discusses food design based on food experience.Firstly,it introduces the definition and research scope of food design and food experience respectively,and proposes the definition of food design based on food experience.Through the analysis of people's demand for food and the theory related to experience design,the experience hierarchy of food experience is analyzed: cognition-behavior-emotion,and the three principles of food design based on food experience are deduced: sensory integration principle,behavioral interaction principle and emotional experience principle.Finally,in view of the social phenomenon of "youth health maintenance",from the perspective of food design,different ways of food experience are connected.Taking young women as the target users,a brown sugar ginger tea is actually designed to make it have healthy,tasty,good-looking,convenient and interesting experience and experience in the food experience.
