With the development and progress of society,the era of experience economy drives people to pay more attention to the emotional interaction with products.Yao embroidery,as an intangible cultural heritage of Yao in the north of Guangdong,was listed in the first batch of national traditional craft revitalization catalogues.The traditional development model of Yao embroidery has been unable to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of people,forcing Yao embroidery hit a plateau of inheritance and development.It is urgent to seek innovative development model and revive traditional national handicraft.The design concept of multi-sensory experience is based on the development of traditional visual senses,opening up multi-sensory channels to enhance the spiritual and emotional communication between people and products.Applying the concept of multi-sensory experience in the design and development of Yao embroidery cultural creation in the north of Guangdong,it also inherits and innovates the traditional ethnic craftsmanship of Yao in northern Guangdong while adapting to the wave of experiencing the economic era.By collecting and sorting out the multi-sensory experience concept and related materials of Yao embroidery in the north of Guangdong,in conjunction with field visits and interviews with inheritors,the status quo of inheritance development of Yao embroidery in the north of Guangdong was analyzed.Homogeneity is serious,and it is difficult to cross the turning point of innovation.The introduction of the multi-sensory experience concept jumps out of the traditional development model and injects vitality into the traditional Yao embroidery in the north of Guangdong.First,through a brief overview of the design concept of multi-sensory experience from the perspective of sensory formation,analysis of the principles and importance of the concept in design.Secondly,it analyzes the development process and artistic characteristics of Yao embroidery in the north of Guangdong in detail horizontally excavates the history and status of Yao embroidery,expresses the techniques and patterns vertically,summarizes the aesthetic characteristics of Yao embroidery through color composition and form beauty cultural connotation and value.Then through the design case analysis of the feasibility of sensory in the creative design of Yao embroidery in northern guangdong province,this paper tries to deduce the design model of multi-sensory experience cultural and creative products and the design process of cultural and creative products to guide the follow-up practice.Taking user needs as the center,the purpose is to complete quantitative analysis of Kano quality model requirements and draw the demand level priority to be used in design practice.Finally,through the "five sense scale" to evaluate feedback,form a design iteration and improve.Based on the all-round and multi-level development of Yao embroidery in northern Guangdong,it is conducive to the establishment of full interaction with people on the level of the emotional experience of outstanding traditional culture,and it plays an essential role in the inheritance and protection of Yao embroidery of intangible cultural heritage Other ethnic handicrafts can provide references for inheritance and innovation.
