The concept of "green" and "coordination" in high-quality development emphasizes the protection of the ecological environment,and the expansion of economic development from quantity to quality.Economic development has always been a top priority for the development of human society.How to pursue the most important relationship between economic development and environmental degradation involves social development and the sustainable development of human civilization.The environment is an important factor and carrier of economic growth,and the coordinated development between the two is the core to achieve sustainable development.This paper analyzes the coordination relationship between Zhejiang’s economic development and ecological environment quality from the perspective of high-quality development.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the research background and the significance of the topic,and describes the research ideas,research methods,and possible innovations of this paper.The second chapter is the literature review and related theoretical parts,and the research status and related theories at home and abroad.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of Zhejiang from natural conditions,economic development,industrial structure,natural environment and EKC curve fitting.In the fourth chapter,based on the research of the second chapter,the entropy method is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of economic development quality and ecological environment quality,and a coupling coordination model is constructed.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the coordination relationship between Zhejiang’s economic development and ecological environment quality.On the basis of the fourth chapter,combined with the panel data of Zhejiang from 2004 to 2015,the coupling degree of economic-environment system is measured from time and region,and the structural effect of industrial structure change is further analyzed.Finally,the sixth chapter,based on the previous empirical conclusions,puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.Through theoretical research and empirical analysis,the paper obtains the following results:(1)From the analysis of time series,the quality of Zhejiang economic development shows a steady upward trend,and the evolution of ecological environment quality is inverted "U" type,and the coupling of economic-environment systems is presented.The upward trend,the growth mode gradually changed from the lag of economic development to the lag of ecological environment.(2)From the perspective of spatial differences,the coupling degree of economic-environmental systems in 11 districts and cities in Zhejiang generally shows a central-edge pattern with Hangzhou and Ningbo as the center gradually decreasing;the coordination level in the northern region is much higher than The distribution pattern of"North High South Low" in the southern region.(3)The structural adjustment of the main pollution departments in Zhejiang is conducive to industrial wastewater discharge control.At the same time,in the process of transition from industrialization to post-industrialization in the Hangzhou-Ningbo region with high degree of economic-environment system coupling synergy,the relationship between economy and environment was coordinated through the adjustment of industrial structure.While Wenzhou,Huzhou,Jinhua,Taizhou,and Lishui entered the post-industrialization period,the industrial structure was out of proportion,and environmental problems remained significant.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Establish comprehensive evaluation indicators of economic development quality from four dimensions:economic vitality,living standard,industrial structure and technological progress.(2)Based on the analysis of the coordination relationship between Zhejiang’s economic and environmental systems,the environmental effects of Zhejiang’s internal industrial structure are analyzed. |
