Study On The Coordinated Development Between Economic And Ecological Environment In Haixi City

Ecological environment is the foundation of human social production and development,however,the rapid development of the economy has led to a series of environmental problems,which in turn have hindered economic development.In this context,sustainable development has become the theme of economic development in the current era.To achieve sustainable development,we must first achieve the coordinated development between economy and ecological environment.Since the development of the western region,the economy of Haixi city has developed rapidly.At the same time,problems such as waste of resources,environmental pollution and ecological degradation have also begun to emerge.Therefore,how to achieve coordinated development between the economy and the ecological environment is currently a more pressing issue.The article firstly reviews the related domestic and international research on coordinated development between economic development and ecological environment,analyzes the research status,research methods and conclusions.Then it expounds and analyzes the concept and intension of coordinated development between economic development and ecological environment,and described the theoretical basis of coupling and coupling system theory,ecological economics theory,environmental Kuznets curve,sustainable development theory and so on.Then it analyzes the present situation of economic development and ecological environment in Haixi city.Based on the understanding of conceptual and theoretical research,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of economic development and ecological environment quality of Haixi city.Then it uses the entropy weight grey correlation TOPSIS method and the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the economic development level,ecological environment quality,coupling degree of economic system and ecosystem in Haixi city.It concludes: the coupling degree of economic development and ecological environment in Haixi city is generally on the rise from 2000 to 2017;from 2000 to 2011,it was in the basic coordination stage,and reached a highly coordinated stage from 2012 to 2017.From the comparison of the two systems,the initial stage of the evaluation is economic lag,and now it changes to the environmental lag type.It shows that the current environmental problems are the main factors hindering the coordinated development between the economy and the environment.Based on the above analysis,this thesis presents the problems in the coordinating development and points out that the irrational industrial structure,the unscientific energy structure and the unsound environmental protection system are the factors that constrain the coordinated development between economic development and ecological environment.This paper proposes suggestions to promote the coordinated development between the economy and the ecological environment,such as: adjusting industrial structure,optimizing energy structure,implementing green and healthy production,improving environmental protection system,increasing environmental protection investment,etc.
