Under the background of high-quality economic development,the effectiveness of China’s ecological environment protection and carbon emission control is gradually emerging,and the synergistic relationship between carbon emission,economic growth and ecological environment is also changing.How to achieve high-quality economic development and ecological environment optimization while achieving the carbon emission target is an important problem facing China.In order to clarify the relationship between carbon emission,economic development and ecological environment and promote the coordinated development of China’s three-dimensional system of carbon emission,economic development and ecological environment,it is necessary to deeply study the coordinated development relationship of the three-dimensional system of carbon emission,economic development and ecological environment.On the premise of combing the theoretical results of the three-dimensional system of carbon emission,economic development and ecological environment,this paper integrates the coupling coordination theory and method,and constructs the three subsystem index system of carbon emission,economic development and ecological environment in 30 provinces of China based on the high-quality development theory.The entropy method is used to calculate the comprehensive indexes of the three subsystems.The coupling coordination degree model is used to measure the coupling coordination scheduling of two-dimensional system and three-dimensional system.Moreover,the spatial correlation model and obstacle degree model are constructed to analyze the spatial correlation,spatial aggregation and obstacle factors of the three-dimensional system coupling coordination degree of carbon emission,economic development and ecological environment in 30 provinces of China.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of three-dimensional system in 30 provinces in China shows an upward trend,and the coupling coordination level shows the characteristics of high in the East and low differentiation in the West.There is a significant spatial correlation between the three-dimensional system coupling and coordination of carbon emission,economic development and ecological environment in each province.Xinjiang has changed from "low-low" aggregation to "high-low" aggregation.Hebei,Shanxi,Shandong and Henan have formed a stable "high-high" aggregation pattern,and there is no aggregation effect in other provinces.Among the system level obstacles restricting the coordinated development of three-dimensional system,the obstacle degree of carbon emission subsystem shows an upward trend.In the criterion layer,environmental pollution,environmental governance and environmental quality are the main obstacle factors.The growtih rate of total retail sales of social consumer goods is the main indicator barrier factor.Finally,comdbined with the research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to adjust the energy structure and promote regional low-carbon emission reduction cooperation. |
