With the development of the global economy,China's economy has also grown by leaps and bounds.At present,China is in a critical period of socialist development with Chinese characteristics.The development of private enterprises has both opportunities and challenges.Companies are increasingly concerned about performance management.The so-called performance management is a method based on the company's strategic foundation and the management of each element in the achievement process.It also ultimately achieves corporate strategy and goals and ensures the development of the company.After more than 10 years of development,LWDK company has developed into relatively large-scale private mining companies.However,the management mechanism now restricts the further progress of the company.For example,the improper management methods of the company,the serious thoughts of individual leaders in the leadership positions,the miscalculations in the decision-making process,etc.The reason is mainly due to performance management.In order to enhance the management of the enterprise,the company will continue to be on the fast track of development.Only by optimizing the performance management can the company's development be achieved.Based on this,this paper mainly studies LWDK enterprise performance management system optimization system.Through research and analysis,there are many problems and causes in LWDK corporate performance management.The reasons include the incompatibility of performance plans and strategic objectives,irrational performance indicator systems,and lack of communication during performance,etc.On this basis,this paper optimizes the LWDK enterprise performance management.Optimization designs include performance planning,performance process management,performance assessment implementation,performance feedback and improvement,and application of performance assessment results.Aimed at the problems that arise in all aspects of performance management,we propose solutions.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance optimization plan,we have adopted safeguard measures.It is hoped that it will play a catalytic role in the development of the company.
