In China,copper processing industry has been a very key part of the non-ferrous metal industry,but also an important link of China's economic development.China is now the world's largest copper producer and consumer.However,China's copper processing enterprises are still facing various problems,the root cause of which is human resources,and the core of which is performance management.In China's copper processing industry,J enterprise is very typical,he fully represents the characteristics of the industry enterprises.In this paper,J enterprise as the object of study,through the domestic and foreign performance management system theory and J enterprise actual performance management system status,through literature analysis,interview method to find a series of problems existing in J enterprise performance management system.There are insufficient understanding of performance management at all levels of the enterprise,unscientific setting of assessment indicators,lack of execution of performance assessment,lack of feedback and communication in the assessment process,too simple use of assessment results,narrow scope of application and so on.Then,the reasons for these problems of J enterprise are gradually analyzed and summarized,mainly due to the lack of traditional management mode and understanding of the leadership in private enterprises,the lack of communication mechanism in the operation of J enterprise performance management system,the unreasonable setting of organizational structure of J enterprise,and the lack of professional management personnel.Then according to the problems and reasons to find out the optimal countermeasures,including strengthening and cultivating performance management consciousness,all staff participating in the formulation of assessment indicators,promoting the implementation of performance assessment from top to bottom,full communication and performance feedback,and expanding the application of assessment results.Finally,the four aspects of the optimization of J enterprise performance management system are formulated,mainly in terms of system,culture,organization and training.The research results of this paper can help J enterprise to optimize the current performance management system and improve corporate performance.In addition,it can also provide reference for other similar enterprises.
