Petroleum,as the blood of industry,provides a steady stream of energy for production and manufacturing,and has a strategic energy position in our country.Petroleum-related companies are an indispensable and important component of the national economy and play a vital role.As Y Petroleum Group enters the global market,competition in the market has become increasingly fierce.If J Oil Production Plant wants to help the group company gain a greater competitive advantage in the turbulent market,it has to optimize its internal management and tap its own potential from the grassroots to build a competitive advantage.Therefore,how to optimize the design of the performance management of the Y Petroleum J oil production plant’s grassroots level is a major problem that the company needs to face directly.First of all,this article explains the research background and significance of performance management optimization in Y Oilfield J Oil Production Plant,determines the research method and research route of this article,and examines the core concepts of performance management by reading books,periodicals,and querying How Net.,Theoretical basis and related literature have been sorted out,summarized and analyzed;Secondly,through on-site investigations,questionnaire surveys,one-on-one interviews with employees,etc.,understand the current situation of performance management of the J oil production plant in Y Oilfield,and analyze the problems and causes in its performance management;thirdly,use performance management tools to extract J oil The external environmental factors of the factory are related to the performance appraisal of the enterprise,and scientific and systematic indicators are added to quantify the content of the performance appraisal,so as to optimize the performance management plan of the J Oil Production Plant;Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the performance optimization plan,from the four levels of organization,system,talents,and culture,the implementation of performance management optimization safeguard measures is proposed to help J Oil Production Plant to optimize the performance management at the grassroots level under the existing production capacity.Performance level,to achieve the factory’s strategic goals and to provide references for related research.The conclusions drawn are as follows:(1)In the performance management of petroleum production enterprises,the working environment,work intensity,and degree of work risk of grassroots employees are the core reasons that affect the fairness and rationality of performance appraisal.With the changes of various influencing factors,there is still room for continuous improvement in the setting of assessment indicators.(2)A standardized system and excellent execution are the key to performance management.
