Research On Regional Tourism Efficiency And Influencing Factors Based On DEA Method

As a leisure activity,tourism is a new way for people to pursue spiritual life and obtain extraordinary experiences in addition to meeting basic material needs.It is the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards.Tourism activities are also favored by more and more people.The tourism industry has ushered in development opportunities.The continuous development of the tourism economy has now become the driving force of China's tertiary industry economy.An important starting point for growth,the development of tourism is of great significance to the current economic development of China,the enrichment of the people's spiritual life,and the construction of ecological civilization.However,under the background of new urbanization,the new economic normal continues to develop and pursue harmonious development with the environment.The traditional industrial development model faces problems such as environmental pollution,resource consumption,and low output.In the new economic development stage,the tourism industry needs to take steps Entering a new period of industrial development,and the concept of all-for-one tourism is emerging at the historic moment.It has received great attention from government departments,tourism industry,and academia.It has formulated relevant policies on the development of all-for-one tourism,trying to integrate the concept of all-for-one tourism in It was promoted and constructed nationwide,and 71 of the first batch of all-for-one tourism demonstration areas were established as pilot areas for the development of all-for-one tourism,providing a model for the development of allfor-one tourism in other regions.As a test point for all-for-one tourism development,the all-for-one tourism demonstration area is an important reference for the development of all-for-one tourism in other cities in the country.Therefore,the tourism development of the all-for-one tourism demonstration area is extremely important.In order to study the tourism development of the all-for-one tourism demonstration zone,and to better help its development,this paper takes the first batch of 71 national all-for-one tourism demonstration zones in China as the research object,and constructs an input-output evaluation that can more fully reflect the characteristics of the all-for-one tourism demonstration zone.The system uses the Data envelopment analysis method to quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of tourism development in the all-for-one tourism demonstration area in 2017,and uses the Tobit model to discuss the influencing factors of its efficiency change.The research shows that in 2017,the average tourism comprehensive efficiency of the national tourism demonstration zones in 71 countries was 0.430,with a range as high as 0.944.The development of tourism within the all-for-one tourism demonstration zones was unbalanced;the overall efficiency value was 1,and the cities with the best tourism efficiency There are seven,accounting for 9.86% of the overall demonstration area,and overall tourism efficiency is relatively low;economic development level,tertiary industry development level,location transportation and tourism industry structure all have a significant positive impact on the overall efficiency of the all-for-one tourism demonstration area.The biggest impact on tourism efficiency is the economic development level of the demonstration area,while the least impact is on the structure of the tourism industry.In view of this,this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,including five aspects: 1.Optimize the industrial structure of the demonstration zone and improve the overall tourism efficiency of the demonstration zone;2.Improve the efficiency of capital operation and obtain external capital input;3.Further improve the tourism transportation network and improve the accessibility of the demonstration zone;4.Deeply explore the characteristics of the demonstration zone,"Acting appropriately to the situation" to promote the development of the demonstration area;5.Give full play to the government's regulatory and guiding functions to guide the coordinated development of the demonstration area.With a view to providing theoretical support for the development of an all-for-one tourism demonstration zone.
