Study On The Climate Adaptability Of Air Courtyard In Residence

Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,the development of housing has gone through the period of food and clothing,the period of well-off housing.With the improvement of living standards,modern people's demand for housing tends to be diversified,ecological and human.In this context,the air courtyard house not only provides people with a better living plan,but also reduces the urban heat island effect and realizes the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.However,in the cold area of North China,the housing mode of air courtyard will cause the problems of super high closure rate and very low utilization rate.The climate factors that affect the building mainly include temperature,precipitation,wind and sunshine.This paper analyzes the characteristics of climate factors in the climate area of the second building in detail,taking the climate adaptability of the air courtyard as the research object,and analyzes the relevant domestic and foreign literature and the use status of the air courtyard.With the help of the green building software,it simulates the relevant impact of climate factors on the air courtyard,in the lighting,sunshine,sunshade The quantitative and qualitative research on wind and cold protection is carried out in detail;the second building climate area is proposed based on the air courtyard climate adaptability measures under the residential mode;and the measures are applied in the actual case to further confirm the operability of the research results,and the air courtyard house design forms and layout modes suitable for the second building climate area are statistically analyzed.This study provides a reference for real estate development and design,and has a positive significance for urban ecological environment and residential livability development.The research results can provide objective data support and judgment basis for the realization of air courtyard residence in the second building climate area in the future.
