In the harsh northeastern region of the harsh climate,the contradiction between architecture and the environment is prominent.Due to the long heating time in the cold regions of Northeast China,the energy consumption and environmental pollution problems are more serious than other climate regions.This paper advocates the architect-led architectural design as the main body,through the study of the spatial layout of commercial buildings to achieve the goal of adapting to climate,reducing energy consumption and improving comfort,re-activate the sensitivity of architectural space design in regional climate environment and resource composition.Adaptability and adjustability.This paper first decomposes the problem,and analyzes the climate characteristics,commercial building space composition and spatial layout,commercial building energy consumption and climate adaptability spatial design system in the severe cold regions of Northeast China,and constructs a spatial framework of climate adaptive space theory.Typical commercial building space system.Based on the above basic analysis,a climate adaptation simulation experiment of commercial buildings spatial layout in severe cold regions was carried out.Through the sampling survey of commercial buildings in the severe cold regions,a typical model of commercial buildings in severe cold regions is established,and a simulation model database is constructed based on the typical commercial building climate adaptive space system.Based on Grasshopper as the platform,Energy Plus is the computing core of the Ladybug+Honeybee system to simulate the energy consumption of the model in the database.Through simulation analysis,the climate adaptation design strategy of commercial building spatial layout in severe cold regions is obtained.The design strategy of com mercial building auxiliary space layout,atrium space layout,and atrium space and auxiliary space combination mode are proposed respectively,and the principle of design strategy is analyzed.Finally,the application and verification of design strategies for typical green commercial buildings in Harbin are selected to make the design strategy practical.This paper mainly uses space design methods to reduce building energy consumption,improve building comfort and health,and proposes a design strategy to reduce energy consumption through the construction space layout method.The commercial building spatial layout design strategy proposed in this paper is a building performance-oriented design strategy aiming at sustainability.It is a passive design strategy for environmental regulation from air conditioning to space regulation and reducing building energy consumption.The combination of design theory and practice has certain practical significance.
