With the gradual promotion of the development of high-performance green buildings,the skin,as the first interface between the building and the external environment,plays an important role in the energy consumption of the building.Dynamic building skins with traditional wisdom show excellent climate adaptability and become a new trend in the future development of buildings.Dynamic building skin is a kind of envelope structure,sunshade member,etc.that can perceive the information of the surrounding environment and make changes in its physical characteristics or external morphology.Through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,this paper takes the zero-energy house "Nature Between" as an example to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the influence of dynamic building skins on building energy consumption and indoor environment.In the theoretical analysis,this paper introduces the development of dynamic building skins,six factors related to energy consumption——the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope structure,area,heat storage,solar radiation heat gain,ventilation rate and illumination,and control system.Finally,the design principle of dynamic skin "applicable,economical and beautiful" is put forward.According to the theoretical research,"Nature Between" designed five forms of dynamic skins:intelligent ventilation,dynamic external shading,buffer courtyard,phase change material and dynamic internal shading.Based on the energy consumption and comfort target,the skins use the illumination-temperature-radiation comprehensive regulation mode.In the simulation part,this paper uses EnergyPlus,DesignBuilder and EMS scripting tools to realize intelligent control,simulation calculation,and analysis of its adaptability in different climatic zones.The results show that the energy-saving efficiency in different climate zones:hot summer and cold winter zone>hot summer and warm winter zone>cold zone>severe cold zone,the energy saving rates are 22.37%,19.87%,15.19%,9.23%.Five kinds of dynamic skin performance:The intelligent ventilation has the highest energy saving rate,and is suitable for hot summer and cold winter zone and hot summer and warm winter zone.Dynamic external shading is second.The buffer courtyard can reduce the heat load,but the overall energy saving rate is low.Both are more suitable for hot summer and cold winter zone and cold zone.Phase change materials can reduce indoor temperature fluctuations,and the energy saving rate is affected by the phase change temperature and region.Dynamic internal shading can effectively avoid indoor glare and has less impact on energy consumption.Finally,a modification strategy is proposed and simulated for the current dynamic skins defect.
