In the 1980 s,marked by warming of global climate change has aroused wide attention, people attaches great importance to and respond to climate change in recent years, global governments, international organizations and scientific workers continue to focus on high hot issues, including climate change pattern of comprehensive regionalization as systematic expression method of climate change, become the important direction to study the effects of climate change. In this context, with the acceleration of urbanization, how cities respond to climate change has become an important goal of sustainable development. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Comprehensive division of climate change.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current climate change situation, using the basic observation data of daily average temperature, precipitation, maximum temperature, minimum temperature and other major meteorological elements, and using the linear trend estimation method, the interannual spatial variations of temperature and precipitation are discussed respectively, and the division of temperature and precipitation is completed.According to the regional climate characteristics, the relevant extreme climate index is selected, and then the entropy weight method is used to empower the region, and the ArcGIS spatial analysis method is used to superimpose the index to complete the comprehensive extreme climate regionalization. Finally,a comprehensive regionalization map of regional climate change is obtained by combining the two results.(2)evaluation of climate adaptability.Promulgated according to the national relevant index system, using the pressure-state-response(PSR)model to build climate resilient cities evaluation index system, including the target layer(energy consumption per unit GDP and population density),state(air temperature, precipitation, air quality, etc.),response layer(forest coverage rate, green transportation, etc.)the share rate.Based on the correlation principle of statistical analysis, the fitness value of the evaluation system and climate is calculated by factor analysis method, and the adaptability evaluation model is constructed by fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method.(3)take sichuan province as an example to carry out empirical research.Sichuan province is selected as the research object because the topography of sichuan is divided into two distinct geographic regions, the east, the west and the west, and the climate change caused by the topography difference is obvious.According to the established method, the data of 151 meteorological stations in sichuan province from1980 to 2017 were analyzed, and the comprehensive division of climate change in sichuan was divided. It was concluded that the comprehensive climate change in the northeast of sichuan province was rapid, mainly involving nanchong city, guangyuan city, guang 'an city, bazhong city, dazhou city and suining city.On this basis, nanchong city and guangyuan city are taken as the analysis objects. The analysis results show that: from 2001 to 2017,the climate adaptability of nanchong city and guangyuan city has been continuously enhanced, and the two cities have obvious stage characteristics.Nanchong overall adaptability in general, than in guangyuan city nanchong overall better adaptability, mainly under the natural environment and regional policy implementation in guangyuan city population density is smaller, the forest coverage rate and higher per capita arable land area, etc.according to the comprehensive analysis of nanchong and interannual variability of climate adaptability in guangyuan city, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through comprehensive climate change zoning and climate adaptability assessment, the research results can provide scientific support for sichuan province to cope with climate change and have important practical significance for promoting green,low-carbon and sustainable urban development.
