The Game Of Interest And Coordination In Emerging Tourist Destinations In Underdeveloped Regions

The economy of underdeveloped tourist areas is relatively backward,but due to the special geographical location and topography,distinctive natural resources have been formed,and the prerequisite for the development of tourism industry is unique.In the current economic development of Fuyuan County,tourism has increasingly become the mainstay of the whole industrial chain to promote each other's development.Tourism will have a far-reaching impact on the local overall environment and people's life.In view of this,how to reasonably define the deep-seated relationship between the stakeholders in underdeveloped areas to promote the sustainable development of local tourism is particularly crucial.Based on the stakeholder theory,social exchange theory,game theory and other theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the basic types of stakeholders,the relationship between stakeholders,and the interests of stakeholders in the development process of the scenic spot by using data collection,questionnaire survey,field interview,system analysis and other theoretical methods Finally,the paper analyzes the relationship among tourism enterprises,government,community residents and tourists in the development process of Fuyuan duoleyuan scenic spot,finds out the specific reasons and puts forward coordinated countermeasures.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: the government,tourism enterprises,community residents and tourists are the core stakeholders in the development of duleyuan scenic spot.Government departments create a tourism development environment by formulating preferential tax policies and building infrastructure around the scenic spot through financial allocation,so as to increase employment opportunities and promote local economic development;scenic spot tourism enterprises take market economy as the key point and maximize profits as the business objective.In order to improve their quality of life,the tourists pursue a kind of tourism experience,in order to get physical and mental satisfaction in the process of tourism.Due to the inconsistent or contradictory demands of various stakeholders,there are problems that cannot be ignored in the process of scenic spot development.Then take duoleyuan scenic spot as an example to analyze six kinds of game relations among the interest subjects of the scenic spot: first,the interest game between the local government and the tourism enterprise;second,the interest game between the villagers of the scenic spot and the tourism enterprise;third,the interest game between the local government and the villagers of the scenic spot;fourth,the interest game between the villagers of the scenic spot and the tourists;fifth,the interest game between the tourism enterprise and the tourists Six is the game between tourism enterprises and employees.Finally,the paper concludes how to coordinate the contradictions among stakeholders in the process of tourism development,so as to better realize the healthy and sustainable development of tourism.
