Game Research On Stakeholders In Construction Phase Of Construction Project

As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry plays a decisive role in China's economic construction.Due to the widespread rent-seeking behavior during the construction phase of construction projects,it seriously affected the national economy and investment efficiency.Increased corporate operating costs and risks,but also led to low efficiency in the use of the entire social resources.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the interests appeal of construction project construction phase and consider the game among various stakeholders.First,the paper is collected and reviewed research on the optimization of the management model for the construction phase of the construction project,then compares various research contents,research methods,and research status at home and abroad,and proposes that the effect of management work should be improved from the perspective of the owner.Then,based on the dynamic game theory,the paper constructs a one-time dynamic game model,a finite-time repeated game model,and an infinite-time repeated game model for the owners,contractors and supervisors,and uses the inverse method to obtain different models of Nash.Balanced solution.It is worth noting that the "contractor" mentioned in the paper is a broad concept,including survey and design units,consulting units,construction units,and procurement units.Through the solution,comparison and analysis of the game model,the paper concludes that the owner's management work is optimized,that is,to guide the equilibrium solution to move towards the optimal Pareto efficiency.Finally,the paper proposes ways for owners to improve management methods,including three aspects: Improve the punishment mechanism in the contract.The paper summarizes the common breach of contract by the contractor and the supervision unit,and classifies it into general behavior and serious behavior according to the degree of influence.The owner should clearly define these behaviors in the contract;the paper proposes a grid management method,which the owner can use in management work to improve the supervision efficiency and reduce the supervision costs;establish credit management mechanisms for supervision units and contractors,including the establishment of a credit file database,credit rating and credit information announcement platform,to promote the establishment of long-term cooperation mechanisms.The paper is comprehensively analyzed the interests appeals among the stakeholders during the construction phase of the construction project,and builds a game model to analyze.Then,based on the game model mentioned above,the management methods in the construction phase are improved.On the one hand,the game research in the field of construction projects is deepened.On the other hand,it also provides a theoretical reference and guidance for optimizing the management of construction projects.
