With the development of the economy and the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,China's land expropriation activities have become more frequent.Through requisition and relocation,it is conducive to integrating land resources, exerting the functions of land resources, attracting investment, raising the level of financial income, improving the living environment and quality of life of residents, and enhancing the happiness of residents. However,in this process, due to the differences in stakeholder goals and the misbehavior of the game, there are conflicts and conflicts that occur from time to time, affecting the formation of a win-win situation. This article takes the Q village land requisition activities and a series of problems as the research object.Through field interviews with stakeholders in this process, the relevant theory of game theory is introduced, and the sociological methods are used to systematically analyze the land of Q village.During the relocation process, the stakeholders adopted game strategies and behaviors around the relocation policies, procedures, resettlement, compensation, etc.,to explore the demands of stakeholders, find out the crux of the contradiction, and analyze the Metro Line 2 rejection case by case. The reasons for the station,on the basis of theoretical analysis, give suggestions on how stakeholders can realize the game.Through on-site interviews,it is understood that during the process of land requisition in Q village, the government has different compensation standards for the relocated people with different social resource endowments. The blind admission of developers for their own interests caused dissatisfaction of the relocated people. The demolition changed the original village social structure and faced the future living security problems. The “nail house” objection to the compensation and resettlement plan could not reach an agreement with the government, which caused the subway to drop the station. The reasons can beattributed to the following aspects: the openness of the requisition procedures is not enough;the relevant policies are sluggish and lack of forward-looking;the developer 's social responsibility is lacking;the relocated people fail to participate in the whole process, the information is asymmetric, and effective information cannot be obtained.Under the influence of these factors,it is difficult for stakeholders to achieve a rational game.In the village land requisition of Q village, the game strategies adopted by the stakeholders around the requisition policies, procedures, resettlement and compensation are quite representative. To this end, this paper proposes a government level to analyze the game strategies and behaviors of all parties involved in the Q village requisition and relocation game,to further regulate administrative behaviors, and truly implement the laws and regulations that protect private property from infringement.Improve the life insurance system for landless farmers. At the developer level,it takes into account both economic and social benefits and better assumes social responsibilities. The expropriated persons should rationally express their interest claims and other suggestions to promote the stakeholders to achieve a win-win game.
