The traditional extensive agricultural production mode blindly pursues economic growth,which leads to a great waste of resources and serious damage to the ecological environment.Only when the economy,resources and environment are harmonized in the central region can agriculture develop sustainably.The research of agricultural eco-efficiency can reflect the real level of coordination between agricultural production and resource and environment system.As a basic industry,agriculture is an important basis for the sustainable development of the economy and society.At present,the environmental problems arising from the agricultural production in the central region are manifested in the agricultural non-point source pollution,the massive use of fertilizers,pesticides and agricultural membranes,which not only make the ecological environment worse,but also affect the sustainable development of agriculture.The study of agricultural eco-efficiency is of great significance to the transformation of agricultural development pattern in central China.First of all,this paper respectively from the resource environment present situation,the present situation of agricultural production,three aspects analyzes the present situation of the ecological agriculture of the central region agriculture development situation,on this basis,and at the same time,resources of relevant scholars established accord with the actual situation of agricultural development in central China contains the expected output of agricultural ecological efficiency evaluation index.Then,through the comparison of several efficiency evaluation methods,this paper selects the super-efficiency SBM model based on the non-expected output as the method to evaluate the agricultural eco-efficiency in the central region.This paper selects the panel data from 2008 to 2017,and makes a descriptive description of the evaluation indexes of the main agricultural eco-efficiency in the central region.Secondly,the super efficiency SBM based on non-expectation was used to evaluate the agricultural eco-efficiency in the central region.Thirdly,by means of HP filter and spatial autocorrelation analysis,this paper studies the agricultural eco-efficiency and its spatial evolution characteristics in the central region,and analyzes the convergence of the agricultural eco-efficiency in the central region by means of convergence and convergence.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward for improving the agricultural eco-efficiency in the central region.According to the study,first of all,from 2008 to 2017,the overall agricultural eco-efficiency in the central region was at a medium-high level.In 2008-2014 years or so,the provinces in central agricultural ecological experience a decline in overall process efficiency,and in 2015-2017,the province agriculture ecological efficiency,experienced a fluctuation change trend of rising in henan province and hubei province agriculture ecological efficiency is relatively high,shanxi and anhui agricultural ecological efficiency is relatively low,in jiangxi province and henan province rising significantly in recent years.The agricultural eco-efficiency of the 86 major cities varies greatly.Seven cities,sanmenxia,shiyan,yichang,tianmen,jingzhou,wuhan and xianning,are at the high efficiency level,and nearly half of them are at the low efficiency level.Secondly,in terms of time evolution,the agricultural eco-efficiency of the six provinces in central China experienced a change process of "positive gap-negative gap-positive gap".In the two stages of 2008-2010 and 2015-2017,the agricultural eco-efficiency of the central region was in a positive gap,while in2011-2014,it was in a negative gap.In terms of spatial evolution,there is no global autocorrelation of agricultural eco-efficiency in the central region.Through local autocorrelation,it is found that the agricultural eco-efficiency of major cities is highly heterogeneous,with obvious characteristics of low and high clustering and high clustering.There is no convergence and absolute convergence in the agricultural eco-efficiency of the six central provinces,but there is conditional convergence,that is,the agricultural eco-efficiency of the six central provinces tends to its own stable state.Finally,in order to improve the agricultural eco-efficiency in the central region,it is necessary to strengthen agricultural support,improve the level of agricultural science and technology,and adjust the agricultural structure.The innovation points of this paper include: first,the evaluation index including the non-expected output is constructed to measure the agricultural eco-efficiency of the central region.Secondly,the spatiotemporal evolution and convergence of agricultural eco-efficiency in the central region were studied.
