Agricultural ecological efficiency is an important index to measure the coordinated development of regional agricultural economy and resources.This study introduced non-expected outputs to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural eco-efficiency in Xiji county,and adopted Super-SBM model to conduct an empirical study on the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of agricultural eco-efficiency in Xiji county.The influencing factors of agricultural ecological efficiency in xiji county were explored by using geographical detector.The index system of agricultural eco-efficiency of peasant households was constructed,and the three-stage DEA model was used to carry out an empirical study on the agricultural eco-efficiency of peasant households in Xitan village and Shagang village of Huoshizhai township in Xiji county.The research results are as follows:(1)from the perspective of time,from 2008 to 2017,the overall agricultural eco-efficiency of Xiji county showed a trend of slow increase in fluctuation,the average agricultural eco-efficiency was 0.677 which did not reach the state of effective agricultural eco-efficiency.From the perspective of space,the areas at low efficiency level gradually decrease,while the areas at medium efficiency level and relative efficiency level gradually increase.In the middle efficiency level of the region in space constantly to the northeast Rocky Mountains transformation;Areas with high level efficiency and relatively effective level continuously transform to the calabash river basin and the plain of calabash river channel;The agricultural ecological efficiency in the loss hilly and gully regions in southwest China has been continuously improved with the development of time.From the perspective of the redundancy of input and output in 2017,the input and pollutant emissions of each township in Xiji county are redundant to some extent.The main causes of efficiency loss are pollutant discharge,amount of agricultural film,amount of chemical fertilizer,planting area of crops and total power of agricultural machinery.(2)factor detector was used to detect the impact on agricultural ecological efficiency in Xiji county,among which the industrial structure had the largest impact,followed by agricultural planting area,per capital net income of farmers,financial support for agriculture and total power of agricultural machinery and other factors;The interaction detector is used to identify the interaction among all factors,and the interaction of all factors increases the explanatory power.(3)after eliminating environmental factors and random factors in the third stage,both the comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency of the peasant households increased.From the perspective of village area,the efficiency of Xitan village in Xitan township was always higher than that of Shagang village in Huoshizhai township.(4)in view of the existing problems of agricultural ecological efficiency in Xiji county,Suggestions are put forward for improving agricultural ecological efficiency.The Suggestions are mainly put forward from the aspects of adjusting industrial structure,moderate scale operation,popularizing agricultural technology,increasing government support and strengthening publicity.
