Study On The Choice And Upgrading Of Marine Leading Industry In Shandong Province

In recent years,the status and role of the marine economy in the overall national economic and social development have become increasingly prominent.The 19 th CPC National Congress has made major strategic plans for building a maritime power.Expanding the marine economy and expanding the space for blue development are of great significance to the realization of the goal of "two hundred and 100 years" and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As a big coastal economic province in China,Shandong enjoys obvious advantages in location,long coastline and rich marine resources.Should be more responsive to the trend of the times will be on the development of the marine industry.However,the development of the marine economy in Shandong Peninsula faces many major problems.The depletion of marine resources and the deteriorating marine ecological environment make the traditional resource-intensive and low-value added marine industrial structure no longer meet the requirements of the development of modern marine economy.Shandong Peninsula The marine industry urgently needs to find new leading industries and upgrade to achieve sustainable development.This paper studies the combination of leading industry and leading industry.Firstly,using factor analysis method and taking Shandong Province as the research object,this paper constructs the evaluation system of Shandong's leading industry and chooses the leading industry in this region.The results show that the marine leading industries in Shandong Province should select coastal tourism,sea water use industry,marine fishery,marine transportation and marine engineering construction.Then the relationship between marine industrial structure and marine economic growth is studied by using gray relational degree method.The result shows that the marine tertiary industry plays a decisive role in the marine economy.Therefore,the dominant marine industry in Shandong Province should focus on strengthening the coastal tourism and marine transportation industry that belong to the tertiary industry.Finally,we use the time series model to forecast the future trend of the above five leading industries.The final results also show that the tourism and transportation industry in the coastal area will grow more rapidly than the other three industries in the next few years.At the same time,One by one to upgrade the proposed countermeasures.
