In the management of urban underground pipelines,due to various problems left over by history,the data of the completed pipelines are stored in various property rights units,and there is no standardized formation standard and unified utilization mechanism.In the urban construction,accidents such as digging underground pipelines,cutting off water and power,gas leakage and even explosion,and traffic interruption occur frequently,not only for the smooth implementation of various construction projects It has brought serious impact and also caused great economic losses.Taking Xi'an as an example,the data collection of pipeline ownership units is still in the old paper data archiving stage.Only Xi'an Qinhua Natural Gas Co.,Ltd.and Xi'an water supply company reformed the internal data management in 2011,and established their own pipeline management through underground pipeline detection,information storage,construction management system and other technical means The system improves the pipeline management level.However,restricted by the docking mechanism with other pipelines and its own update mechanism,it can not reflect the current relationship with other pipelines and can not ensure the current situation of pipeline information,which restricts the role of pipeline information system.In order to improve the management level of underground pipelines in the city,further improve the scientific planning,management and decision-making of underground pipelines,and develop the in-depth intelligent application of pipeline information,Xi'an started to build a modern integrated management information system of underground pipelines in 2015.The author has the honor to organize and implement the construction project of Xi'an underground pipeline comprehensive management information system.The author determines the user's demand through demand analysis,and through the investigation and analysis of system database and function,determines the overall design of the system including database and function,using Visual C#,ArcGIS Engine development technology and Oracle database software establish their own spatial databases,and effectively integrate and develop all kinds of data through the construction of pipeline integrated application system and pipeline 3D virtual reality system,and finally form a comprehensive underground with file management,graph attribute query,graph editing and management,format conversion,spatial analysis and application,thematic mapping,data output and other functions The pipeline management information system,using the pipeline census data in the test area,has carried on the function test to the system,and finally completed the project after the acceptance.In order to sum up the experience,the author studies the project from the aspects of demand,function overall design,database design,testing,etc.And the contents are as follows:(1)Starting from the requirements of the system,the functional requirements of the system are given,and the overall design idea of the system is introduced,including the overall objectives,principles,framework,database platform,hardware and network of the system,etc.(2)According to the relevant national standards and local specifications,the design of the system database is emphasized.The database design idea,database table structure,pipeline coding principle,database performance and reliability design are given.The system database is established based on Oracle database platform.The detailed design idea of database of Xi'an underground pipeline comprehensive management system is expounded from various aspects.(3)Discusses the content requirements and methods of underground pipeline data detection and measurement,and relying on relevant measurement standards,analyses the accuracy requirements of underground pipeline data detection and measurement quality evaluation,as well as the specific requirements of underground pipeline map compilation;(4)In the functional development of the system,the system not only achieves the basic GIS functions of data file management,format conversion,data import and export,graphics editing,dynamic browsing of maps,thematic map making,coordinate system conversion,data query,information query,statistics,graphics positioning,three-dimensional visualization and spatial measurement.It also realizes the functions of quality inspection,storage and spatial analysis of data supervision.Among them,spatial analysis function is the main characteristic module of the underground pipeline management system,which mainly includes road profile analysis,cross-section analysis,collision analysis,impact area analysis,intersection analysis,spatial overlay analysis,connectivity analysis and slow down.The analysis functions such as impulse analysis and net distance analysis basically meet the functional requirements of urban underground pipeline management system,bring convenience to users in pipeline management and design,and greatly improve work efficiency.
