Urban underground pipelines are the basic guarantee for high-efficiency and high-quality operation of modern cities.They are the material basis for the survival and development of cities.They are the basic conditions for ensuring the smooth progress of people's lives and social economy,and they are also an important part of urban infrastructure.The main task of the city underground pipe network is the transmission of information,the transmission of energy and the discharge of waste.The information and basic data of urban construction,planning,design,and management were aurban underground pipeline datas.he establishment of an urban underground pipeline management system,the exploration of underground pipeline laying status,and the scientific management of underground pipelines are not only of great significance,but also have great social and economic benefits.The management of underground pipelines in China has been in a relatively weak state for a long time.Many cities have problems such as inaccurate and non-standard pipeline data,incomplete data,decentralized data storage,and unclear distribution of underground pipelines.As a result,urban construction operation are lacking the files which can be access by pipeline system.For the purpose of building the overall framework of the system,the system design specification standards and principles are analyzed to complete the design of the overall architecture of the system.This chapter mainly studies and analyzes the design principles,normative standards,overall architecture,and logical structure of the urban underground pipeline information management system.Through the design of database-related functions,the design provides basic data protection for system development.The data in the information system is arranged and displayed according to a certain model,so as to provide users with functions such as retrieval,maintenance and storage of related data,as well as accurate,timely,and convenient access to useful information from the database;urban three-dimensional integrated underground pipelines The information management system includes spatial data of relevant spatial data,various professional and integrated underground pipeline data,basic topographic map data and other data,and other types of spatial data of cities,and utilizes data update,exchange mechanism,and platform service functions to perform comprehensive dynamics.Manage,update,maintain,and provide three different levels of spatial information sharing services to different users: metadata,pipeline data,and application services.The design of system function modules is mainly to carry out detailed design of each functional module that the system should implement,through the system function module.Assume,Design the various functions that the system should realize,and classify the function modules;based on the characteristics of system construction,focus on user management,system disaster recovery,system monitoring,system data encryption,and system use system construction.design.This article starts from the actual situation of urban pipe network management,through the processing and analysis of the pipe network census data,fully studies the importance of establishing an urban underground pipeline information management system,and realizes the digitalization and scientification of underground pipeline information management.modernization.
