Urban underground pipeline is an important part of urban infrastructure, the construction ofmodern city and the city’s economic development plays an important role, is known as the"lifeline" of the city. In recent years, with the accelerating the pace of ganzhou city developmentand urban underground space development efforts to continuously strengthen, the number andlength of pipe laying followed the change of the construction of city and in the growing andupdate the status of the pipeline management difficulty is also increasing. Due to imperfectpipeline information management, construction error, dig the bad or digging undergroundpipeline broken phenomenon often happens, to the normal social work and life of people causedmuch trouble. Therefore, how to efficient unified the urban underground pipeline management isvery important. At present, many cities have established the urban underground pipelineinformation system, and ganzhou city underground pipeline information management is still inthe primary stage of development, therefore in this paper, through the comprehensiveunderground pipeline information system design and development.Taking ganzhou city underground pipeline detection and information construction projectsas the backing, on the basis of existing underground pipeline detection results, analyzes theganzhou city underground pipelines and the actual needs of information systems and businessprocesses, the system has carried on the overall design and function module design, and then inreference with the underground pipeline information construction on the basis of relevant normsand standards, based on the characteristics of ganzhou city underground pipeline, theclassification of ganzhou city underground pipelines, layering and coding are defined, establishedthe unified data standards; The system chooses the Oracle database11g enterprise edition as asystem, using c#development language and ArcGIS Engine components in. Net developmentenvironment for system development, system includes the integrated application of undergroundpipeline, underground pipeline spatial data management and management of undergroundpipeline system three subsystems, realized the pipeline data editing, query, statistics, spatialanalysis, supervision of data error, data warehousing, data output, etc.
