With the rapid development of economy,the process of urbanization continues to accelerate,the construction of urban pipeline is constantly improved,but the management of the pipeline information can not keep up with the pace of the rapid development of urban pipeline information.Component GIS is an emerging GIS technology,in the process of system development because of its powerful functions and high convenience,the majority of system developers to use.Component GIS both for urban underground pipeline data provides a scientific and efficient management platform,will also be underground pipeline data application to accident treatment decision to,and urban informatization construction provides a reliable technical support for.In this paper on the basis of analysis of urban underground pipeline data and the data structure of optimization design,and on the basis of quality control theory research and control on the quality of the urban underground pipeline data,for the quality of urban underground pipeline data provides the basic guarantee.Urban underground pipeline data quality problems can be divided into two aspects,on the one hand is produced in the process of field data acquisition data quality problems,on the other hand is the data to the database industry in the process of data processing the quality problem.This requires foreign data acquisition process to strictly control the quality of the data processing within the industry,so as to achieve the purpose of pipeline data quality control.In this paper,based on the component GIS,ArcEngine and C#as the means,the information management system of Shenyang underground pipeline is designed and developed based on the Framework.NET platform.The data structure of urban underground pipeline is analyzed and optimized,and the quality control of pipeline data quality from two aspects of the external and internal.On the urban underground pipeline information management system for the corresponding needs analysis,the overall design and the main data management functions and spatial analysis functions to develop.Implementation of the urban underground pipeline data space,input,verify,query and other data management function,and pipeline section analysis,connectivity analysis and analysis function of pipe burst,and provides decision support for the pipeline accidents.
