In recent years,the urban development of Zhengzhou City has been changing rapidly.Due to the siphon effect,population and economic growth have been rapid.Accompanied by water problems such as water pollution,water ecological damage,and water shortage,the subsequent economic development has been affected accordingly.In view of the above problems,the optimal allocation of water resources in the joint water system can effectively alleviate water problems such as water stress and restore water ecology,and also provide targeted reference suggestions for the allocation of water resources in Zhengzhou.The main results of the paper are as follows:(1)Explain the construction situation before and after the water system connection in Zhengzhou City.It is predicted that the annual ecological water demand before and after the water system connection is 10370 and 35054 Ten thousand m~3.The engineering measures make the water be digested inside the river network and can recharge groundwater.The loss of water resources is greatly reduced.In the long run,it can effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and optimize the allocation of water resources more reasonably.(2)Aiming at the results of supply and demand,based on the multi-objective optimization theory,a Zhengzhou City water resource optimal allocation model based on the water system connectivity was established.The gamultiobj function in MATLAB software was used to calculate the 2025 and 2030 planning level years to find the Pareto optimal for multi-objective optimization Solution:Before relatively optimized allocation,domestic water was guaranteed,but water shortage was still obvious.(3)According to the analysis data of the results,based on the water shortage situation in the future planning year,combined with the external water diversion and self-saving water,put forward reasonable suggestions to solve:(1)Implement enhanced water-saving measures;(2)Add new water supply projects and improve Zhengzhou's water supply capacity;(3)Improve the water right trading system for the South-to-North Water Transfer Project;(4)Improving water system connectivity and improving water resource utilization efficiency;(5)Improve sewage treatment capacity.
