The informatization of water conservancy is the main trend of the development of water conservancy industry.With the continuous update of Internet technology,information technology and water conservancy industry are closely combined.With the development of water conservancy information construction system,China's water conservancy information construction is developing towards modernization.At the same time,in the face of water shortage,unreasonable distribution and other issues,it is very important to find effective water resources distribution methods for water resources development and utilization.At present,B / S architecture is used by more and more developers because of its low cost,simple development and easy maintenance.The main purpose of this paper is to design a water supply and demand analysis system based on B / S architecture.On the basis of indepth investigation of the current situation of water resources allocation,combined with the actual use demand,the demand analysis of the system is carried out,and the key technologies required by the water resources supply and demand analysis system are listed.Reasonably select spring,spring MVC,JDBC and other related technologies,develop water supply and demand analysis system,and use SQLSERVER database to store data.The system mainly includes five parts: home page,data entry,data maintenance,model call and result display.The whole system configuration is reasonable and the resource allocation has good performance on average.Taking Zhengzhou resource allocation as an example,the system is used to solve the problem.Taking calculation unit,surface water engineering,node and water system generalization as data preparation,the water resource allocation network diagram of Zhengzhou city is drawn.Take 2017 as the base year,2020 and 2030 as the planning year.The water demand of Zhengzhou City in planning year is predicted by quota method,and the available water supply in planning year is predicted by querying data.Analyze the supply and demand balance of the base year,set up the configuration scheme,and solve the system.The availability and correctness of the system are shown by the calculation results.
