Since the strategy of becoming a powerful country in science and technology was put forward by China,the idea that seeking innovation is seeking the future has looked so deeply into the human mind.In recent years,the technology level of our country is drawing close to the developed countries,but it still faces the problems of insufficient independent innovation ability.In fact,the main reason why it is difficult to improve the core technology innovation ability is that the core technology and other high-difficulty innovation activities have special conditions,and the simple accumulation of resources is difficult to produce breakthrough innovation results.The macro history of science and technology innovation shows that the core technology can be broken through only by assembling the most excellent innovation resources,forming a scientific and technological breakthrough team,working in a centralized way and constantly charging towards the innovation goal.As an institutional system to guide the team self-management,the operating mechanism directly determines the degree of synergy among the members,and then affects the team's innovative ability.Therefore,the research on the cooperative operation mechanism of the scientific and technological breakthrough team will be of great practical significance to the promotion of the independent innovation ability of enterprises and the realization of the strategy of China's scientific and technological power.Firstly,a structural relationship model of influencing factors of "i-p-o" collaborative state of the team is established based on the characteristics of the team and its collaborative objectives.Secondly,combining belbin's team roletheory and synergetics and other relevant knowledge,the system dynamics model of collaborative operation of science and technology teams was established,and Vensim software was used to conduct multiple simulations of the model to determine the optimal decision-making domain of management elements involved in the operation mechanism of science and technology teams.Then,the optimal decision domain is transformed into a management objective,and a coordinated operation mechanism with support,regulation and feedback is designed based on the functional classification of the operation mechanism,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to test the system functions of the operation mechanism.Finally,the research team of DH company is regarded as a scientific and technological breakthrough team for case analysis to test the effectiveness and practicability of the collaborative operation mechanism of scientific and technological breakthrough team.This theoretical achievement enriches the theory of science and technology innovation team,provides theoretical basis for improving the performance of science and technology innovation team,and provides academic support for China to realize the strategy of science and technology power.
