Innovation is the key factor of a country and region in the changing international trade pattern.Collaborative innovation is one of the most effective modes to break through the technical problems.As the base and core of modern information industry,semiconductor industry has already surpassed the economic field and attracted worldwide attention in national strategic security.Since the breakout of trade friction between US and China,China's investment and absorption of advanced technology in the world has been greatly restricted.Therefore,China urgently needs to enhance the innovation ability of the semiconductor industry and realize the localization of key technologies replacement.The materials,equipment and chips in the semiconductor industry are difficult for a single enterprise.The semiconductor industry collaborative innovation system is complex and non-linear,so it is difficult to analyze it by stereotyped and static research methods.System dynamics supports both qualitative and quantitative methods and is widely used by scholars to analyze and study complex dynamic systems This method is the best choice for the systematic innovation of semiconductor industry.Based on the situation,the content is below.Firstly,state the theory of collaborative innovation via literature analysis then define the concept of collaborative innovation in China's semiconductor industry.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of China's semiconductor industry,analyze the collaborative innovation system of semiconductor industry,including its mode,process and possible difficulties.Thirdly,construct the semiconductor collaborative innovation system based on stated earlier.Causal and quantitative relationship of the system are carried and then the system dynamics model is established according to the system dynamics modeling steps.Finally,simulation analysis is conducted for model reliability and simulation experiments is the same.This paper studies semiconductor industry from the perspective of collaborative innovation,explores the collaborative relationship among the innovation subjects in the system and compares and analyzes the effect of different factors on the promotion of industrial innovation capability.The results of simulation experiments show that the research conclusions are as follows: Firstly,the semiconductor industry in China will grow steadily and increase continuously in the next 8 years.Secondly the talent support policy,government R&D funding support and upstream R&D support of the industry chain have positive effects on the innovation of the industry,among which the Government R&D funding support and the industrial chain support and the development support will be improved The research and development effect of upstream of industrial chain is obvious,while tax preferential treatment is insufficient to improve the innovation effect.The policy of talent support shows the characteristics of dormancy and active in the later stage.Third,the distribution of innovation resources.In the two scenarios of high and low government talent support policies,the proportion of funds for enterprises to increase talent attraction will attract more talents to the industry and this promotion is more obvious under higher level government talent policy.This paper enriches the research of industrial collaborative innovation.For government departments and enterprises related to semiconductor industry in China,it helps to better identify the key elements of collaborative innovation,control the key points pertinently,Thus targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for relevant government departments and enterprises.
