As China continues to promote the key core technology research,science and technology innovation achievements have emerged,but the chip,operating system and other key core technologies are still facing the "neck" dilemma.Therefore,how to achieve a breakthrough in key core technologies is a major problem that China needs to crack.It has been found that the systematization of science and technology innovation is one of the key core technology breakthrough programs.Systematization of science and technology innovation is an important strategic direction for the construction of a strong science and technology nation in the new era,and it is necessary to strengthen the systematic capability of science and technology innovation to provide strong support for conquering key core technology problems.The ability of systematization of science and technology innovation is reflected in two aspects: the ability of organization systematization and the ability of technology systematization,both of which promote each other and have a pivotal role in the innovation body to conquer key core technologies.In this paper,organizational systematization capability and technological systematization capability are explored from the perspective of cooperation network and knowledge network.Organizational systematization capability is embedded in the cooperation network formed by innovation subjects,which mainly helps innovation subjects achieve breakthroughs in key core technologies through the local collaborative capability of joint R&D generated by direct cooperation network and the global collaborative capability of knowledge search generated by global indirect cooperation network.Technology systematization capability is embedded in the knowledge network formed by technology nodes,which mainly realizes the breakthrough of key core technologies through the knowledge sharing capability of innovation subjects sharing exclusive technical knowledge and the knowledge combination capability of reorganizing and coupling old and new knowledge.However,most of the existing studies focus on the research related to the systematization capability of science and technology innovation on the breakthrough of key core technology at macro level,and the quantitative mechanism of the role of organizational systematization capability and technology systematization capability on the breakthrough of key core technology from micro individual level is yet to be explored in depth.This study obtains the joint invention application patents in AI industry from2010-2020 from the patent search database of State Intellectual Property Office,and divides the five-year moving time window to construct the cooperation network and knowledge network.The research results show that: local collaborative ability and global collaborative ability,knowledge sharing ability and knowledge combination ability have positive influence on key core technology breakthrough respectively,and the interaction term of local collaborative ability and global collaborative ability has positive influence on key core technology breakthrough;local collaborative ability has positive influence on knowledge sharing ability,global collaborative ability has positive influence on knowledge combination ability;knowledge sharing ability Knowledge sharing capability has a positive influence on knowledge combination capability.In addition,knowledge sharing capability has a mediating role between local synergy capability and key core technology breakthrough,knowledge combination capability has a mediating role between global synergy capability and key core technology breakthrough,and knowledge combination capability has a mediating role between the interaction of local synergy capability and global synergy capability and key core technology breakthrough;knowledge sharing capability and knowledge combination capability have a chain effect on the relationship between local synergy capability and Knowledge sharing ability and knowledge combination ability have a chain intermediary role in the relationship between local synergy ability and key core technology breakthrough.This study enriches the theory of science and technology innovation systematization and provides a new research perspective for the study of science and technology innovation systematization capability.At the same time,it enables Chinese enterprises to be deeply aware of the strategic necessity of improving the capability of science and technology innovation systematization and provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to break through the problem of key core technology. |
