The cultivation of the teaching ability of normal school students is the fundamental task of normal colleges.The teaching ability of normal students is one of the important factors reflecting the quality of teaching.For the physics discipline,due to the characteristics of its disciplines,teachers need to focus on the cultivation of multiple abilities.However,from the analysis of many literatures,we can see many problems that physics teachers are reflecting in the face of teaching practice.For example,the teaching methods learned in school can not be fully adapted to the actual teaching,and the research on the process of teaching design is not deep,resource mining ability is not strong,classroom response ability is not good.The ability of subject teaching is an important embodiment of the professional quality of normal students.This paper studies the subject teaching ability of physics teachers,aiming to provide reference and reference for the cultivation of physics teachers in Guizhou Province.This study defines the physics teaching ability according to the examination syllabus of "Physical Subject Knowledge and Teaching Ability",and divides the physics teaching ability into teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability and teaching evaluation ability,and combines the standards of primary and secondary school teachers and the concept of basic education reform.In February 2018,the Ministry of Education and other five departments issued the "Teacher Education Revitalization Action Plan(2018-2022)" and the "Opinions on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training Program 2.0" issued by the Ministry of Education in September 2018,"General College Teachers" The implementation method for professional certification(provisional),compiled a questionnaire about the teaching ability of physics teachers in Guizhou Province.The first part of the thesis explains how to propose research questions,research purposes,research significance and research status and methods.The second part defines related concepts and theoretical foundations.The third part mainly explains the design and implementation of teaching ability questionnaires.Some of the results of the survey are analyzed and discussed.First,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested.Secondly,each dimension is analyzed item by item,and the interview situation is analyzed.The fifth part summarizes the current situation of teaching ability and proposes relevant strategies.Through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,the following conclusions are obtained: the self-evaluation of teaching ability by the physics teachers in Guizhou Province is relatively high.The self-evaluation of the teaching ability of the teachers in the provincial normal colleges is lower than that of the local colleges.In the three dimensions,the physics teaching design ability and implementation ability are relatively weak,the teaching design ability is poor for the curriculum standards and teaching materials,and the teaching implementation ability is weak in the ability of reading and classroom monitoring.
