As the state attaches importance to basic education,teachers’ teaching ability is receiving more and more attention.A professionally trained teacher should have comprehensive classroom teaching ability in addition to systematic professional knowledge.Therefore,physics teachers should strengthen the training and training of classroom teaching ability and prepare for entering the teacher industry.We use the 28 physics teachers of Ningxia University as the research object,and use the literature method,the investigation method and the empirical method to conduct research.The theoretical part of this research mainly discusses the basic viewpoints of classroom teaching ability and the research status at home and abroad.Combined with the teacher-class classroom teaching ability training related courses and educational internships,the physics teacher class is developed from two parts:teaching design and classroom teaching ability training.The teaching ability evaluation program,based on the results of the tutors and previous graduate students,established the evaluation indicators of teaching design and classroom teaching ability,as well as the weights and scores of each index,thus providing a basis for data collection and analysis of empirical research.In the empirical part,we conduct empirical research on the two aspects of instructional design and classroom teaching ability based on the established evaluation indicators and weights,demonstrate the improvement of the abilities of the physics teachers before and after training,and analyze the reasons for the speed of each project.Find out the problems they have in the actual teaching,and put forward suggestions for the problems existing in the training of normal students’ classroom teaching ability:strengthen the intrinsic motivation of the improvement of normal students’ ability;increase the practical teaching activities of normal students;give play to the existing advantages of normal students and enhance individual ability.At the end of the thesis,based on the teaching practice experience,the physics teacher’s classroom teaching ability improvement is summarized and prospect.
