Education, associated to the development of society, provides talents and all kinds of intelligence for the development of society, and on the other hand, needs to talents proposed by the development of society react on education. Based on the needs for the development of society, the education goal about training talents with creativity is established in China. As an important basis of university education, university physics has its characteristic, which takes an important role that can not be replaced by other courses in many aspects such as systematically laying the necessary foundation of physics for students, training students to build up scientific world view, enhancing their ability to analyse and solve problems, educating them on exploring and creating, etc. Therefore, in the teaching activity of university physics, research methods of physics and its scientific thought can perform the function to the full, students' creative thinking ability, awareness and spirit of creativity can be trained. University physics must shoulder the responsibility of training creative talents for China.However, systematic theory and instruction of experience are lacking about how to execute the training of creativity. So, based on the research from- extensive educationalists, the author does her possible to connect the training of creative ability with university physics teaching, creativity with the creative main body, theory with practice and makes great effort to construct the creative teaching system and the talent training pattern, and as a result, proposes her personal thinking and exploring on how to training students' creativity during the teaching of university physics.Firstly, based on the employment status of university students, new requirements to talents training by times development, reform trends of common high school courses, and basic teaching requirements of university physics, the author illustrates the urgency and necessity of training students on creative ability.Secondly, research results about the components of creative ability from the precursor are analysed and integrated and so the components of creative ability are defined to include skills of the relative field, working motivation and the skills relating to creative designates creative thinking that is the kernel of creative ability and depends on education training, personal experience and individual characteristic. The author lays stress on analysing the fundamental characteristic, formation and process of creative thinking ability, which lays the foundation for infiltrative training of creativity. On the other hand, the author designs several strategies in theory for training students on creative ability, based on which the teaching functions of university physics on students' creative ability are analysed in detial.Thirdly, based on Yangzhou University, detailed investigation has been done on present training status, affecting items and difficulties of training students' creative ability, main tasks and feasibility are analysed for training students on creative ability, and a new system and several strategies of creative teaching had been designed according the target that is for training creative talents. The system of creative teaching consists of the structure system of content, relation among teacher and students and the platform for teaching, in which the author established an all-around solid teaching platform which is based on homework, group discussion, guidance in time for individual study, the magazine called sound of physics, internet and so on. Depending on this system, classroom teaching and outside training are integrated and "Five Steps Method for Teaching" is carried out. At the same time, students' assessment would have been checked according to both the process assessment and the summative assessment. Then, based on guiding students to construct the knowledge structure, the author does her best to train students' ability of creative thought and activity, and sculpture their creative emotion.Fourthly, based on some concerned knowledge in university physics and phenomenon in daily life, teaching experiments about creative teaching process have been carried out through experiments, investigations, measurements, observations and conversations according the plan, purpose, and steps designed by the author. According to factors such as creative teaching strategies, creative techniques and methods, and the pattern of checking students in training students' creative ability, the whole experiment process has been verified chiefly.Finally, integrating with the main factors of creative ability, the author synthetically analyzes the situation of training creative ability in university physics teaching process, and summarized the success obtained and the inadequate still existed in the experiment process. Then, according the dynamics mechanism of training creative talents at universities, suggestions about training creative talents in the future, considering both inside mechanism and outside circumstance of training creative talents, the relation between education and the development of society, the factors which affected the goal of training creative talents and the direction of universities development, are proposed, in order to improve the teaching of basic university physics to serve the goal of training creative talents, conquer the lag of education compared with the needs for talents, and realize that education develops assorted with our society.
