Research On The Relationship Between Green Innovation And Economic Development In Jilin Province

As one of the old industrial bases in the three eastern provinces,Jilin Province has a rapid economic development and a high degree of dependence on industrial development.However,industrial development often accompanies with environmental damage,leading to the deterioration of regional environment in Jilin Province,which is not conducive to economic and social development.Compared with traditional innovation,green innovation has less pollution to the environment and less consumption of resources.If Jilin Province wants to pursue sustainable development,it will inevitably face the transformation of innovation and take the road of green innovation.Therefore,green innovation is of far-reaching significance to the economic development of Jilin Province.Based on some basic theories of statistics,we use a series of research methods,such as investigation and analysis,data research,theoretical discussion,to analyze the relationship between green innovation and economic development in Jilin Province.Based on the green innovation index and economic development index selected in Jilin Province from 1993 to 2017,we use econometric model to analyze the relationship between them from an empirical point of view.This paper examines the co-integration relationship between green innovation and economic development by co-integration test,in order to seek the long-term equilibrium relationship between green innovation and economic development,and to seek the short-term dynamic change relationship between them by establishing vector error correction model,and to use impulse response function to examine the strength of the interaction between the two.In addition,the coupling correlation model is used to study the relationship between green innovation and economic development in Jilin Province.Finally,based on the above analysis results and problems,according to the actual situation of Jilin Province,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote green innovation and economic development in Jilin Province go hand in hand and develop harmoniously.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper.Then it introduces the relevant literature on the relationship between green innovation and economic development at home and abroad.Then it introduces the research ideas and structural arrangements.Finally,it puts forward the research methods and innovative points of this paper.The second chapter first introduces the concept of green innovation and economic development and related theoretical basis,then introduces the related theory of the relationship between the two,and puts forward their own views on the relevant content.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of green innovation and economic development in Jilin Province.Chapter IV is the focus of this paper.The index system is constructed.Empirical analysis is carried out through factor analysis,vector autoregressive model and coupling correlation model.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and policy recommendations.
