With the continuous development of China's economy and society,China's carbon emission intensity is increasing day by day,and China is facing the double pressure of economic development and ecological environment protection.China has become the world's largest carbon emitter,and implementing low-carbon agriculture is an important part of developing low-carbon economy.According to the UN's food and agriculture organization(FAO),agricultural system of greenhouse gases has accounted for the world for more than 30% of the total emissions of greenhouse gases,agricultural systems has become an important source of global greenhouse gas emissions,therefore,the transformation of the mode of agricultural development and the development of low carbon agriculture is urgent.Agriculture as the foundation of the national economy industry in China,the activities of agricultural base than big growth faster,if you don't take certain measures to reduce emissions,there could be increasing carbon emissions produced by agricultural activities,the economic development of mechanization and agricultural modernization of chemical patterns produced by the negative external effects will be increasingly serious,makes the sustainable development of economy in China is facing severe challenges.China should actively participate in global environmental governance,strengthen prevention and control of agricultural pollution,and implement emission reduction commitments,the party said.And the background of low carbon economy under the premise of sustainable development,the development of low-carbon agriculture can better promote the adjustment of agricultural production mode transformation and the sustainable development of economy,thus the optimization of low carbon agricultural economic development model is better and promote the agricultural structure,but also transform the growth pattern of agricultural economy,the innovation and application of science and technology not only brings to the development of low-carbon agriculture strong technical support,has become a strong method of promoting agricultural low carbon transformation.Low carbon agricultural technology innovation can promote the increase in grainproduction on the one hand,the farmers' income and agricultural efficiency,on the other hand also effectively solves the existing in the agricultural economic production of environmental degradation,the production efficiency decreases,the lack of become an important means to realize the sustainable development of agricultural economy in our country,the development of national economy in China has strong economic,social and ecological benefits.Based on the ridge regression and space state model,USES unit root,cointegration test and Granger causality test,the selected sample data of 1978-1978,GDP of our country,capital,labor,technology innovation and the carbon intensity of dynamic relationship between elements such as empirical and spatial econometric analysis,the study conclusion shows that GDP,capital,labor,technology innovation,and there exists a long-term equilibrium relationship between the intensity of carbon dioxide emissions.Using the state space model analysis,the results show that the influence of the economic development of China's carbon intensity elasticity is positive,and presents a phase change,indicates that the economic development of carbon emissions has significant role in our country,along with our country economic structure of the continuous improvement,constantly improve the energy efficiency,process of low carbon economy gradually in-depth.At the same time of each variable impulse response analysis and variance decomposition,the results can be seen that the capital stock and labor force has an obvious effect of economic development,technology innovation and economic development has an obvious effect of carbon intensity.In the new normal,to make our country agriculture carbon intensity and balance between economic development and carbon emissions targets,need positive transformation of the mode of economic growth,strengthen scientific and technological innovation ability,adjusting and optimizing industrial structure,improve the energy structure in our country,improve the efficiency of energy utilization.
