Our country is in the stage of high-quality economic development.The Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important economic region in our country.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the key task of "to protect together and not to develop." And 39% of resource-based cities in the country are located in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between green mining construction and high-quality economic development in resource-based cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and to put forward suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the two.This paper takes 31 resource-based cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,and selects the period from 2008 to 2017 as the research period.The super-efficiency DEA model is used to measure the high-quality development efficiency of the urban economy,and the entropy method is used to measure the level of regional green mining construction.Finally,the PVAR model is used to analyze the overall perspective of 31 resource-based cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,the perspective of different types of cities,and the construction of green mining From the perspective of subsystems,it has empirically explored the relationship between green mining construction and high-quality economic development.The main results are as follows:(1)The overall economic high-quality development level shows a trend of volatility and rising.From the perspective of prefectures and cities,8 cities including Bozhou,Chenzhou,and Guang'an have relatively high levels of high-quality economic development.Bozhou,Ezhou,and Huainan Eight cities,including the city,belong to the weaker economic development efficiency cities.On the whole,the high-quality economic development efficiency of different types of resource-based cities has the following relationship: growth type>mature type>regeneration type>declining type.(2)The overall level of green mining construction in various resource-based cities is on the rise.Among them,the level of green mining construction in Huzhou,Huainan,Panzhihua,Huangshi,Chenzhou and other places has always been in the middle and upper reaches,and has shown good results in green mining construction.stability.The level of green mining construction in Bozhou City,Shaoyang,Guang'an,Ya'an,Loudi and other cities is in the downstream.On the whole,the level of green mining construction in different types of cities has the following relationship: growth type>regeneration type>mature type>declining type.(3)The overall high-quality economic development of 31 cities and the level of green mining construction present a virtuous circle that promotes each other.From the perspective of different types of cities,the growth cities present a virtuous cycle of mutual promotion.The construction of green mining in mature cities has a one-way role in promoting high-quality economic development.There is no obvious correlation between the two declining cities.Regenerative cities present a situation in which high-quality economic development promotes the construction of green mining,while the role of green mining in promoting high-quality economic development is not obvious.From the perspective of the green mining subsystem,there is Granger causality between the green mining economic subsystem and high-quality economic development.High-quality economic development promotes green mining environment construction and social construction.However,there is no obvious Granger causality between high-quality economic development and green mining technology,and mining companies have not demonstrated the trend of supporting highquality economic development.
