Research On The Input-output Performance Evaluation Of Ansteel's Green Innovation Based On DEA And Malmquist Metho

China’s "double carbon" strategy aims to achieve carbon emission peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.At the critical turning point of ecological environment quality from quality to quantifiable quality,pollution control will also touch deeper contradictions and requirements.In October 2022,the 20 th National Congress of the CPC said that we should fully realize green transformation and development,promote harmonious coexistence between man and nature,actively and regularly promote carbon neutral peak,and accelerate the implementation of innovative development strategies.This thesis focuses on the combination of green innovation investment and green innovation products,and the performance evaluation of green innovation investment and equity production of Anshan Iron and Steel.According to the experience of previous scientists,appropriate indicators selection principles are formulated and indicators are systematized.The DEA-BCC(VRS)model and Malmquist index are used to build the green innovation performance evaluation model of Anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.As part of the empirical process of evaluating the effectiveness of green innovation of Anshan Iron and Steel,the BCC model was used to analyze the cross-sectional data of the same industry from 2015 to 2021,and then the Malmquist index at the time series level was used to analyze the seven-year sector data from 2015 to 2021.The vertical dynamic evaluation of the performance of green innovative products of Anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.shows that the level of innovative technology in the field of green innovation is mainly unstable;The overall management ability of the enterprise is in place;The green business system is not perfect,and the dual-carbon concept is not integrated into the four major enterprises.The following suggestions are put forward on how to improve the green innovation performance of the steel industry: First of all,strengthen the allocation of resources and enhance the ability of independent innovation;Secondly,Attach importance to environmental governance and assume responsibility for environmental protection;Third,carry out green marketing and promote the construction of green operating system;Fourth,deepen the concept of "double carbon" and improve the awareness of "double carbon".
