Water is an important part of natural resources and an important basic resource for the development of human society.The carrying capacity of water resources is an important part of the carrying capacity of various natural resources in the process of regional sustainable development.It is a measure of the scale of social and economic support of water resources in a region or basin,and as the basis for formulating its sustainable development.Indicators and scales.Therefore,through the study of regional water resources carrying capacity,it can provide a scientific basis for the region to formulate reasonable development policies and protect the ecological environment.In order to alleviate the contradiction between water supply and demand in Shijiazhuang City,this paper has carried out research on water resources carrying capacity evaluation and regulation countermeasures in order to alleviate the pressure on water resources.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)Based on the research of predecessors,the theory of water resources carrying capacity is summarized;(2)comprehensively consider four subsystems of water resources system,social system,economic system and ecosystem,The 13 major impact indicators were selected to construct the water resources carrying capacity evaluation system of Shijiazhuang City;(3)The current situation of water resources and social and economic development in Shijiazhuang City were summarized,and the key factors affecting the formation and transformation of water resources were analyzed,and the water in Shijiazhuang City was proposed;(4)Predicting the population and economic development scale of Shijiazhuang City,analyzing the water demand quota of Shijiazhuang City,considering the 50% and 75% of the agricultural irrigation water,and the supply and demand of the city;(5)Combining water resources evaluation,water resources development and utilization and social and economic development in Shijiazhuang City,select the water resources carrying capacity evaluation and setting plan,and use the three-level index evaluation method to evaluate and predict: Shijiazhuang City's 2016 water resources The carrying capacity of the carrying capacity is 1.23,which is in the state of medium overload of water resources;the carrying capacity of water resources in 2020 The load factor is 1.01,which is in a state of light overload of water resources;in 2035,the overload factor of water resources carrying capacity is 1.05,which is in a state of mild overload of water resources;(6)proposes to comprehensively deepen the construction of water-saving society and strengthen engineering safeguard measures.To improve the water resources carrying capacity of Shijiazhuang City by constructing water resources allocation projects,adjusting industrial structure and strengthening groundwater protection and other control measures.
