Research On Technology Innovation Efficiency Of Northeast High-tech Manufacturing Industry

The development of high-tech manufacturing has an important supporting role in promoting high-quality economic development.The innovation-driven development strategy has raised the importance of the whole society to technological innovation.The implementation of the “Made in China 2025” strategy has enabled China's high-tech manufacturing industry to enter a period of rapid growth.The developed coastal areas of the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta,and the Bohai Sea have formed a distinctive high-tech manufacturing industry belt.In contrast,due to historical reasons,the development of high-tech manufacturing in the Northeast has a larger gap than that in developed regions,and high-tech manufacturing has not played its due role.The development of the new generation of Internet technology has effectively promoted the integration of industrialization and informatization.The state has also introduced a series of guidelines and policies to support the integration of the Internet and the manufacturing industry,and has also proposed a grand blueprint for building an industrial Internet.This paper believes that "Internet +" can penetrate into the development process of high-tech manufacturing industry through platform effects and model innovation,and integrate high-tech manufacturing enterprises,governments,scientific research institutions,etc.,and effectively break the information between the various entities.Barriers,reducing information asymmetry,can improve the efficiency of technological innovation in high-tech manufacturing.From the perspective of "Internet +",this paper first measures the degree of "Internet +" in Northeast China.The results show that the degree of "Internet +" in Northeast China is relatively low,which is quite different from other regions.Secondly,this paper analyzes the Northeast after 1995.The development status of high-tech manufacturing industry in the region shows that the development level of high-tech manufacturing industry in Northeast China is relatively low,and the differences between industries are obvious.Finally,this paper selects valid data from 2006 to 2016,and uses Frontier4.1 software to use SFA analysis method.The efficiency of technological innovation in high-tech manufacturing in Northeast China was measured,and the impact of “Internet+” on high-tech manufacturing in Northeast China was tested.The empirical results show that “Internet+” can promote the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech manufacturing in Northeast China.And the technology development stage is more effective than the technology conversion stage.According to the empirical results,this paper proposes policy recommendations to promote the efficiency improvement of high-tech manufacturing technology innovation in Northeast China from the perspective of government and enterprises.
