Research On Measurement And Driving Factors Of High-quality Development Of Manufacturing Industry

Under the new economy,China's manufacturing industry needs to realize the transformation from epitaxial growth to connotative growth.It is an important task to recast an "evaluation scale" of of high-quality development of manufacturing industry and find the core power to drive the development of manufacturing industry.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of high-quality development of manufacturing industry,this paper establishedaindex system withfour dimensions including high-endoriented,servitization,intelligent and greenization.The scatter degree method was used to empower,established a comprehensive evaluation model of high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry,measured and analyzed in 30 provinces in mainland Chinafrom 2011 to 2017 except xizang.Cluster analysis was conducted on the comprehensive scores of manufacturing quality development in 30 provinces to explore the regional distribution of manufacturing quality development level.Further explore the theoretical mechanism of innovation driving the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The model is constructed to empirically examine the impact of different types of innovation and different innovation inputs on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The empirical results show that:The manufacturing industry in 30 provinces has been getting better year by year,but the internal changes are different.The clustering results show that the areas with the highest level of high-quality development of the manufacturingindustry are all distributed in the east.The results show that both technological innovation and institutional innovation play a positive role in the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.Institutional innovation has direct and indirect positive effects in the eastern and central regions,while only direct positive effects in the western regions.For the whole country and the eastern and central and western regions,the internal expenditure of R&D expenditure has the most significant positive impact on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.According to the research conclusion,it is suggested that local governments should formulate high-quality development strategies for the manufacturing industry based on a clear understanding of the current situation.Grasp the development of high-end,service-oriented,intelligent and green manufacturing industry,and stick to the core driving force of innovation to drive high-quality development of manufacturing industry.maximize the integration of various elements and resources,with modern technology to give full play to the role of high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
