The rapid development of modern science and technology is both a challenge and an opportunity for high-tech enterprises.In such an era background,high-tech enterprises can not only promote the rapid development of enterprises,but also promote the high-quality development of regional economy by using scientific decision-making and management methods.The innovation evaluation of high-tech enterprises is regarded as a multi-attribute group decision making problem.The scientific evaluation of this problem can enhance the utility of enterprises and promote the development of enterprises.In the decision-making process,the decision-making problems are often complex,and it is difficult for each decision maker to use accurate mathematical expression to evaluate them because of their different industries and preferences.In order to solve this problem,this thesis puts forward a research method based on fuzzy set theory to standardize each evaluation index,expectation is used to describe the average value of uncertain evaluation information,and variance is used to describe the change degree of uncertain evaluation information,which makes the decision-making result more reliable.The following four parts are included in this thesis:Firstly,the selection standard of innovation evaluation index of high-tech enterprises is studied,and the relevant evaluation system is established.The theoretical basis of hybrid multiattribute group decision making is introduced,as well as the fuzzy set theory and benchmark language set.The three types of evaluation information,the exact number,the preference order,and the interval number,are standardized by using the maximization of deviation method and the specific gravity method respectively.Then the normalized evaluation information is converted into the form of fuzzy set by fuzzy operation,and the corresponding expectation and variance are calculated according to the information in the form of fuzzy set.Therefore,a decision matrix is obtained,which can better represent the uncertainty and complexity evaluation information.Then,several common methods to solve multi-attribute group decision making problems and determine attribute weights are introduced.In the thesis,the projection method is used to aggregate the expectation and variance,and the consistency idea is used to establish a model to calculate the weights of experts.The weights of attributes are calculated by the method of maximum deviation and distance measure,and the two types of attribute weights are aggregated to make the sorting more effective.The weights and evaluation information of experts are gathered,and an optimization model is established to solve the comprehensive weight of attributes.Then,the innovative evaluation values of each scheme are obtained,and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are sorted.Finally,aiming at the problem of innovation evaluation of high-tech enterprises,a multiattribute group decision support system is established according to the specific algorithm mentioned above.By collecting the evaluation information of experts,the comprehensive evaluation value of enterprise innovation is automatically calculated and ranked.The construction of the evaluation system can not only make the evaluation more convenient and efficient,but also make the enterprise better arrange the resources to maximize the utility,while avoiding the mistakes in the calculation process,and making the results more transparent,open,fair and reliable.
