In the process of high technology industry development in our country,from 19 "to highquality development" the essence of this thesis on the meaning,the high technology industry as the strategic leading industry of the national economy,in promoting optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,promote economic growth has played an indelible role,and the development of technology is the important point of high technology industry development,from across the nation as a whole,high technology industry in our country,on the whole,the efficiency is low,the region in terms of technical efficiency because of different background conditions also has certain gap,high technology industry in our country also has the very big development space in the aspect of technical efficiency,this article is mainly on high technology industry technical efficiency,using the method of common frontier and space measurement method for empirical analysis.This paper through the literature research,theoretical research on the technical efficiency,summarizes the research achievements of high technology industry,defining the meaning of the article research the technical efficiency,and on the basis of the analysis of the effect between technical efficiency and the high technology industry development impact mechanism;Then,on the basis of literature review and theoretical research combined with emphasis from time,space,regional differences,the development benefit in the perspective of the development of high technology industries of our country present situation has carried on the quantitative description and analysis;Secondly,the measurement and analysis of high technology industry efficiency based on common frontier method;Finally,based on the measurement and analysis of technical efficiency,the spatial econometric model is used to judge the influence and importance of these factors on technical efficiency.In this article,through the empirical analysis some useful conclusions are drawn: in the part of the present study,from the overall,information entropy is in 0.4 ~ 1.5 implementation phase provincial level high technology industry fluctuation scope of the best entropy;Electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry in our country,computer and office equipment manufacturing industry of these two industries agglomeration degree is higher than that of pharmaceutical manufacturing agglomeration degree,and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the province within the scope of the space layout is scattered.Technical efficiency measure,high technology industry technical efficiency of China's three big area overall level is low,and regional differences apparent,in the eastern part of the highest technical level,the other two areas have certain technology gap with the eastern;From the perspective of the region,the technical efficiency of high-tech industries in the eastern region is the highest,followed by the middle and the lowest in the western region.At the front of the region,it shows the pattern of the western part of the Middle East.Finally,the analysis of the influencing factors under the spatial measurement method finds that the proximity of geographical proximity has a significant negative influence on the technical efficiency of China's high-tech industries.Labor input and capital input,the independent innovation,the enterprise scale have significant influence on the technical efficiency high technology industry,and industrialization process,the degree of opening to the outside world,the government support,there is no significant impact on the efficiency of the high technology industry technology.
