This paper takes the Tour guide English teaching in secondary vocational schools in Guizhou as a point.Using the methods of literature,investigation and observation to investigate the class of Tour guide English in secondary vocational schools in Guizhou.The results show that textbook is the mainly teaching resource,and the contents of textbook are lagging behind,which cannot reflect the development status of tourism.The teaching method is simple,students lack the experience of professional situations.Based on it,this paper takes the MOOC Guizhou English Tour Guide as an example to study how to use MOOC resources in Tour guide English teaching in secondary vocational schools,in order to enrich the teaching resources and innovate the teaching methods.This article is divided into four chapters.Chapter one,introduction.Introducing the reasons why start this study firstly.Under the background of information technology,Tour guide English teaching reform in secondary vocational schools is imminent.The use of teaching resources in MOOC is key to the reform.Secondly,to sort out the current situation of the study and the relative theory of the use of Tour guide English teaching resources in secondary vocational schools,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the study.The second chapter,the analysis of current situation of tour guide English teaching in Guizhou secondary vocational schools.Based on the class observation,interview and investigation,this paper describes and analyzes the current situation and the shortcomings in teaching content and teaching method.The third chapter,aiming at the current situation in the tour guide English teaching of in secondary vocational schools.The author tries to practice Guizhou English Tour Guide in traditional class during the internship.Further demonstrates that using MOOC resources in traditional class is conducive to stimulating the learning interest and learning enthusiasm.The MOOC resource effectively supply the traditional teaching.Besides,summarizes the teaching strategies and modes of using the MOOC resource in Tour guide English teaching.By using MOOC resources to enrich students' learning resources and provide students with complete learning experience during the class,thus further improving the effectiveness of English teaching for tour guides in secondary vocational schools.The fourth chapter discusses the aspects which need to consider in the process of application of MOOC resources.MOOC takes information technical as a mean,demands students' learning ability and teachers' ability to use MOOC platform,teaching evaluation is also need to be considered in the process of using MOOC resources.Under the background of the development of information technology,In order to enrich the traditional teaching resources of Tour guide English teaching and to innovate teaching methods,it has the great significance to study the use of MOOC resources.It is helpful to improve the effectiveness of Tour guide English teaching in secondary vocational schools in Guizhou,so as to make it serve the development of local tourism economy.
