The main aim of this paper is to study how to teach the course of mathematics for the vocational schools under guidance of self-organization theory.To start with, we recall the current situation of mathematics teaching in our vocational schools and point out the necessity of innovation for the teaching. Then, for the convenience, we simply introduce the theory of self-organization, including its evolution and status in the domestic and the external. With the help of this theory, in the third section we analyze the structure of mathematics teaching in vocational schools. The application of this theory is arranged in the fourth section.The results in this paper will be helpful for the concrete teaching.
